Apple’s only the tip of the fruit pie iceberg with Mrs. Redd. She also bakes up berry, as you can see above, lemon, cherry, pineapple, vanilla and chocolate pudding pies, and by far my favorite (as well as yours) – coconut cream. Fruit Pie the Magician with all his fruit sorcery could not hope to match Mrs. Redd for sheer variety.
